What data we process
We process the data you give us when you fill in the contact form, write to us by email or WhatsApp, or hire our services. This is usually your name, email address, phone number, the name of your company or website and the information you include in your message.

- To answer your enquiries and requests for information or quotes.
- To provide the services you hire and manage the business relationship.
- To send you information about our services, only if you have given us your consent.
- To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent when you write to us (article 6.1.a GDPR), to take pre-contractual steps or perform a contract when you ask for a quote or hire a service (article 6.1.b) and to comply with legal obligations (article 6.1.c).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to reply to you and, at most, one year if we do not end up working together. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties, except where required by law. To provide the service we use providers who may access it as data processors, under contract and with appropriate safeguards.
